The "Something" single hop series is shaping up to be quite special. Bright golden hue that's thoroughly opaque (a la Treehouse, Trillium, OH, etc.), huge dank aromas of tropical fruit and citrus with a touch of earthy herbaceousness that follows through on the palate, perhaps coming across even juicier than the nose. Silky smooth NE mouthfeel without being thick/heavy. Everything you love about Mosaic in a simple yet perfectly executed package.
