16oz. can into Night Shift stemware.
Nose is papaya and a zesty passion fruit presence. Beer opens tart. Hints of passion fruit, guava mintiness and tart citrus. The label and nose say papaya but I don't get that at all. Seedy towards the middle and end. Foamy too with a touch of cobweb. More sweet and sour fruit in the finish but still not papaya. Soft, lightly puckering aftertaste. Body is light with moderate to ample carbonation. Prickly, foamy and filmy on the palate. Goes down soft with a slightly lingering but very mellow aftertaste. I'm not used to this style being so... slick on the palate but it works here.
A decent brew. I wish I got as much papaya on the palate as I did in the nose. Enjoyable but a touch simplistic. There's not too much going on here.
