I tried this on draft at Rivermerket bar and grill in westchester, NY. It poured a fruit smoothie opaque yellow with white head that left a nice lace. The scent was tropical fruit. The taste was sweeter leaning with tropical fruit zeal. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

Super cloudy leaving a white haze to the dirty gold color. Minor head. Good lattice lace.
The smell is juicy with lots of tropical fruit aromas. I get pineapple and Juicy-fruit with a light grapefruit in the background.
Highly carbonated with a neutral body, this beer packs a big flavor. The beginning has berry sweetness. The hop comes through in the swallow but it is not overly bitter. It comes across as a spice, balancing the rich sweetness. The aftertaste is not dramatic but it is more pleasant than most.

Canned (16Oz) 8/3.
Poured to Birrateque IPA 18OZ Glass on 8/31.
A: Hazy light orange and two finger of cloud and disappear after 2 minuits.
S: Vety light pine and pineapple was felt
T: Light citrus and pine.
M:Light body. Straightforward hop note but smooth.
O: Not complicated notes but enjoyable. Slightly warmer service temp. may feel better balance.

16 oz into IPA glass. Dated 8/2/18
Beautiful cloudy golden yellow look leads to sweet tropical fruit top. Taste follows with oranges and pineapple on top. Feel is creamy and smooth. Overall very nice and follows int the Finback style. Would drink again.

Nice silky smooth mouthfeel without being too heavy or dense, huge aromas and flavor of bright citrus and tropical fruits, subtle hint of dankness, virtually no bitterness and definitely no astringency. A beautiful showcase of the more new-era side of the Simcoe hop. At 6.5% its both crushable and intensely flavorful. The "Something" series is on absolute fire and this is another righteous installment.
