16oz. can into Night Shift stemware.
Nose is pineapple, clementine, melon, cane sugar and tree sap. Real sweet with big fruit notes. Beer opens biscuity. Notes of pineapple, clementine, cantaloupe, cane sugar and tree sap. This isn't hazy but its just as sweet as a NE IPA. Some resin, honey and more sap towards the middle and end. Boozy at the finish with loads of cane sugar in the aftertaste. A bit much. Body is medium with moderate to ample carbonation. Lively on the palate but somehow heavy at the same time. Long, lingering, sticky aftertaste.
This one's just a bit much all the way around. Too much booze, too much sweetness... just too much. It'd probably be really good as a 5 or 6% beer... but as a 10& TIPA, I'll pass.

Can. This pours like an IPA/IIPA/IIIPA ten years ago! Surprising. Smells closer to the newer age style. Actually I think it just smells a lot like most Finback beers. They have a distinct smell and taste. I think it’s the yeast. This is a big beer! Booze isn’t scared to say hi. Surprised by its clarity; that’s the highlight.

a huge ipa from these guys, hopped into oblivion, you have to want this to want it you know, and you have to want it to be the only thing you taste and burp for awhile, its colossal on the hops, not particularly bitter, but huge and oily and green. it reminds me of an unfortunate incident a few months ago, where my lady had one of those aroma therapy mister things that you drop some essential oil into water and it makes fragrant mist to relax you or whatever. well, she drained the thing into a water glass identical to the one i was drinking out of, and i took a huge gulp by accident before i knew what it was. i tastes a lavender more extreme than the flower itself for a whole day, in my sinuses, like it hit my brain, and i couldnt smell or taste anything else, highly unpleasant. this is like the beer version of that, but i like it, if that makes sense, its so saturated on the hops, so pungent and pervasive that it really takes over. the alcohol to it seems to help the hoppiness set in, way past varietal specific, although id guess there was some mosaic in here, its almost a kitchen sink atom bomb of hops to the tongue, quite disruptive but also kind of addicting once i settle into it. the body isnt even that heavy, the hops just give it a richness. i thought their duplicate ipa was huge, but this is even more of the same. you have to want that kind of experience here, but if you do, this is something else...
