A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color--too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin collar around the edge and some patches of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of coconut and pineapples are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, but the coconut and pineapple flavors aren't quite as strong and there are underlying notes of guava and hints of stone fruit. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has nice aromas and flavors of tropical fruits that are quite interesting compared to most other beers in the style. If this had some "juicy" qualities it would approach being like a New England IPA.
