This one pours a very bright hazy orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This is a huge juice blast on the nose - densely tropical and candied, with mango, citrus, and pineapple mostly.

This is really quite good. It's basically "dense" - there's just waves of flavor here, deep, tangy, and super juicy. There's only a little bit of bitterness, just enough.

This is really crazily drinkable for the ABV, with no booziness, and a delicious creaminess to it.

This is one of the better IPAs I've had overall lately. The name of it is just icing on the cake to this cat lover.

Pint can - no date - poured into a wine stem at 48F.

Colour is a deep dark honey golden . No real head after two loose rings slink down.

Nose is just saturated with with Citra, and its oily, resinous orange oil, grapefruit rind, slight pine crisp citrusy aromas. Green, floral, herbaceous hops peek through with Manuka honey, fijeoa, white grape, ciantro, fresh herbs, lavendar, and all the Nelson superstar goodness.

It's Finback...you're chewing on effervescent cream. Perfect, if you're looking for that kind of feel. Little bit if acidic hop burn, but Finback seems to be known for that.

Finback is hit or miss these days. This is a huge hit. The craft beer market needs more Citra, and short of Tired Hands, this is the best Nelson beer I've had, and one of the best shelf beers. It's not Tired Hands Invasive 5, and it's not single hopped, but if anything pairs with Nelson, it's Citra. A wonderful NEDIPA with some eccentric hop flair. Great beer, atrocious price. Just don't forget to bring the wine cooler home for the wife too.
