Sampled at Stoddard's Boston in a 10z tulip. Nose: resinous pine and grapefruit with mango and fruity esters.
Taste: malt-forward with a reasonable hops and alcohol bite. This is not a session beer, and probably not one I would drink twice in one night.
Mouthfeel: creamy, chewy.
At over 10 percent ABV, this is not for the faint hearted, however for anyone that appreciates a truly balanced Imperial IPA this is your beer! I am partial to this style and consider it a once a night beer.
