16oz. bottle into Night Shift stemware. Shared with schen9303.
Nose is chocolate, cocoa powder, brownie, molasses and sweet soy sauce. Rich and dense but pretty typical nose. Beer opens sweet soy sauce, chocolate, dried dark fruit, coffee and molasses. Some tobacco and wet wood in the middle with cocoa powder and more molasses on the finish. Dense, deep and rich with a long, lingering aftertaste. Full bodied with low carbonation. Rich and chewy on the palate and goes down boozy and heavy with a lingering, sticky aftertaste. This one's not messing around.
This is pretty impressive and really showcases what Bottle Logic is bringing to the table.
