Bought this when it first came out 5 years ago, found it in the back of my fridge tonight. It actually tastes like I remember it from 5 years ago.
Pours a medium golden color, minimal head. Aroma is sour citrus with a hint of coconut. Big door / tart punch in the mouth at first, has a pleasant lime flavor with a very light creamy coconut finish. Minimal carbonation. Overall it is a tasty sour that held up over 5 years in my fridge.

A: Clear golden-dandelion. Puffy, bubbly white head. Just traces of carbonation.

S: Sweet leaning nose: coconut saltwater taffy, lime fruit tootsie rolls, lime Krusteaz bars.

M: Light-med considering adjuncts with high salinity producing ultra-slick feel.

T: Brash flavors from start to finish. Mouth puckering tart lime with heavy salinity on lips like the tail end of a tequila shot. Smooth and sweet coconut macaron finish with lime zest and candied lime peel center. It's quite easy to take sip after sip of this.

Reminds a a but of Westbrook Key lime gose, but ends up heavier substituting coconut for Graham cracker to deliver sweetness.

The can pour presents as a deep yellow-orange, cloudy, with no discernible carbonation.
The aroma is of lime and coconut.
The flavor is distinctly of key limes and is moderately tart with slightly sweet and salty notes.
The actual carbonation and mouthfeel produce a dry , pleasant finish.
This is unique and very good.

This one pours a hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.

This smells like sour lemon/lime, just a touch of coconut, and a vague zestiness.

I definitely want a bit more coconut here - the lime absolutely dominates. Even then, it's still a tasty beer, as the lime is appropriately tart, without being overwhelming. There's a touch of salinity, nothing overwhelming, and a bit of lemony funk. I think with some added sweetness from the coconut, this could be dynamite.

This is light bodied, clean, slightly acidic, and very drinkable.

If they dialed that coconut up, I would love this. As it is now, it's still good.

Can from Hops Hill in BK.

Opaque pale gold, weak carbonation on the tumbler pour.

Smell is dominate lime & rind bitterness, possibly something creamy.

Taste is a little lime juice, but even bolder is the bitter & intense lime rind, which I really liked. Only a hint of coconut milk. Strong carbonation, big acid splashback, prickly follow through.

Really big & refreshing, very bitter, but kills the need for a second. Too heavy-handed, but genuinely tasty.

Very hazy looking gose. Had the first one out of the can but poured out the second into a pint glass. Looks like a light cider very yellow/golden but thick/hazy.

Smell is nothing much compared to the taste, I don't get much coconut on the nose or anywhere really. Got a lot more tart lime and even orange tbh.

Light carbonation, a bit on the thin side but good mouthfeel overall. Easy/pleasing to drink with sharp tartness lingering after initial sip and swallow.

I am really into the VERY tart and sour and this one definitely scratches that itch. Not for those averse to sours/this kind of thing. I think it's great but I also realize that my tastes are a little different. On my second now out of the four pack and greatly looking forward to the other two.

16oz. can into Night Shift stemware.

Nose is heavy on the key lime. Some milk sugar. The coconut is barely there. Tart, crisp and sweet. Beer opens tart key lime. Coconut is much more present on the palate than the nose. Some coconut shavings and bark in the middle with a milky creaminess in the back. Lime zest and a more puckering lime tartness at the finish. This one's pretty intense. Body is light with ample carbonation. Puckering in the mouth and oily and slick on the aftertaste.

Gose has always meant a more subtle style to me... and subtle this is not. It's not bad and pretty flavorful, but not really my cup of tea.
