Wow this is delicious. Definitely one of the best FB beers I've had. The nose is really nice too.

Hazy orange color with a thick thin head.
Aroma with notes of pineapple, oranges, some stone fruit, pears and faint mango.
Flavor with notes of pine, mango, citrus, berries and lots of dank as it warms up. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium to full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 8.4% is well disguised.
Piney and tropical Double IPA with other berry and dank nuances giving a decent complexity. This was pretty good.

A lighter haze almost translucent. Juicy aroma, ripe citrus, orange. Kinda peachy too. Nice depth of flavor, but doesn't feel boozy or heavy. Deceptively drinkable.

1/20/24. Not retired.
Peach color with a 3F head.
Aroma of cherry, stone fruit and berry.
Different MF than the usual Finback DIPA. More carbonated.
Taste: strong berry, cherry and some stone fruit.
Finish: smooth, not hoppy at all.
Overall: First time tasting a beer with Idaho gem. This hop makes the beer.
Different approach than the usual Finback DIPA with a smooth MF and defined fruit- generally not berry.

A: The beer is cloudy dark yellow in color with slight hints of brownish hues. It poured with a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lychee, mango, and stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of lychee and stone fruit along with hints of mangos.
M: It feels medium-bodied and extremely juicy on the palate; the mouthfeel seemed to have the consistently of pineapple juice with a bit of pulp. There was a light to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is incredibly juicy and does a remarkable job at hiding nearly all of the alcohol from the taste.
Serving type: can
