Poured from a bottle (no date I could find) into a Belgian glass
L: slightly cloudy yellow gold, decent white head that faded after a couple minutes to a ring. Effervescent, some light white lacing
S: nice oak aroma and mixed culture funk to it. Get some more full-bodied white wine notes - lime peel/zest, some pear, apricot
T: very crisp and clean taste here - follows the nose on the fruit notes, some slight funk but overall mild. Tart, again quite a nice clean flavor - oak adds some depth and body. Medium finish
F: medium carbonation, very smooth, mouth coating but far from thick or viscous
O: Finback continues to impress me, think the really do an excellent job across the style spectrum. A great, easy to drink beer delivering the mixed culture/oak flavors I'm looking for
