A: The beer is very hazy and murky dark yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a thin collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of coconut are present in the nose along with notes of tangerine citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of stone fruit.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This Double IPA is bursting with lots of aromas and flavors of Sabro hops in the smell and taste. It also manages to do a good job at hiding the alcohol from the taste.

16oz. can into a Brooklyn Brewery snifter.
Solid looking beer. Incredible head. Nose is cotton candy, citrus and cane sugar. Dense sugariness. Beer opens mango, cantaloupe and cotton candy. Clementine and sweet citrus in the middle with a white grape sweetness at the finish. Cane sugar aftertaste. A little sweet but pretty good. Body is medium with moderate to ample carbonation. Prickly on the palate and dry and resiny going down. Lingering aftertaste. This is more dessert-y than drinkable but not bad.
I'm not too familiar with the Sabro hop but the cotton candy flavor profile is pretty interesting. This one's worth trying.
