Brewed in distant 2019, when face to face collabs were as normal as throwing marshmallows in beer, Derek from @moksabrewing came to Queens and made some magic with us.
ABSORB spent over a year in bourbon barrels, safe from virus and hidden away from the world to mature and mingle with spirits buried deep in wood. This year has been dark, but these beers are darker, thick and decadent - and like the faint outline of s’mores around the fire - in darkness there is light.
Absorb Green is an imperial stout with peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate, aged over 12 months in bourbon barrels.
