Cloudy, orange color. Medium-sized, white head. Orange, melon, peach, and malt in the aroma. Fruity and juicy taste with light hoppy bitterness. Good.

Hazy orangey yellow body with two fingers of white foam, webs of lacing cover the glass. Smell and taste star the same ingredients: orange, peach, pineapple, grapefruit, and mango in that order of strength, meeting medium strength bitterness hops in a pillowy and dry way. A classic combo. Feel is dry, smooth, pillowy with an elegant juiciness inside. Well balanced with no gimmicks

Drank from a 1 pint (16 fl. oz.) can purchased at Half Time, Poughkeepsie, NY
12/11/20
Served in a tulip
Cloudy mustard yellow appearance. A fluffy, bubbly, two-finger tall, off-white crown topped the turbid looking body. As the head receded, a blanket of patchy lacing stuck along the glass.
The aroma was really fruity and punchy. Peach and apricot came through strongest. Some mango was also noticeable. After a few minutes, citrus notes appeared and soon took over. Big fresh squeezed orange juice presence. Tangy tangerine notes were also apparent. Touch of dry citrus pith. Later, the stone fruit notes reappeared.
There were big fruity notes in the flavor profile too. Citrus was most prominent here. Orange sherbet came to mind. Really juicy and sweet. Stone fruits appeared in the center. Loads of peach and apricot. Touch of mango too. Subtle grape and kiwi notes were detectable on the back end. The beer finished with more citrus and hardly any bitterness.
Nice light, fluffy mouthfeel. Somewhat thinner in body for the style, but this definitely aided in drinkability. The liquid contained a larger bubbled, greater-than-average carbonation that gave the beer a light liveliness on the palate. As the beer sat and the carbonation died down, the liquid felt richer, fuller and smoother.
High-Low is a really enjoyable DDH DIPA featuring a melange of hops that contributed to the bold and complex aroma and flavor profile. Although this almost verged on cloying, it was still a terrific slow sipper.
