Hazy orange whitish color with a thin head.
Somewhat citrusy aroma with notes of pine, lemon and white fruits.
Flavor with notes of pine, mango, white fruits, some onion powder, berries, a bit of oat and guava. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 9% is mildly felt, but feels harmonic.
Good Double IPA with nice tropical, berries and white fruit notes.

4/10/23 Hazy Double NE style IPA. 9% ABV. Mosaic & Meridian hops. Tropical fruits, no bitterness. Delicious. Well done!

Look is pretty standard yellow hazy, a little on the gold side. White head that leaves decent lacing on the glass. Sticky tropical fruits on the nose - guava, papaya, a little citrus and booze. Taste is resiny hop oily with a bit of alcohol, and then those tropical fruits and a bitter alcohol hop combo finish. This one feels a little hotter than some - medium heavy slick mouthfeel.

Finback seems to be changing its approach to DIPAs. Away from the solid NEIPA and brewing with different hops. This beer is DDH with Meridian, along with Simcoe and Citra. More of a tropical and citrus mix. Very smooth and less hoppy than their other DIPAs. Highly recommended.
