Rich translucent gold color, swiftly dissipating short white head. No ring, no lacing. A pretty sour. Smells cinnamony and citrusy. Tastes citrusy, with tasteful habanero spice on the tail end. The sourness is balanced very well my the cinnamon notes. Wouldn't have expected cinnamon in a sour, but I'm glad it's here. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Still has a bit of a kick to it post-swallow. Unique sour, I'm a big fan!

Pours a clear golden color with visible carbonation. A modest head rapidly dissipates.
The nose reveals tart notes of lemon, lime and orange pith. However, the aromas are soon dominated with sweet notes of cinnamon and the heat of habanero peppers.
As with the aroma, the taste opens funky and with a mouth puckering tartness. Notes of dry cider, white wine vinegar, lemon and lime. Soon, a subtle sweetness is evident from the doughy wheat base in tandem with the spice of the cinnamon. The next adjunct to hit the palate is the habanero pepper. It provides a moderately strong heat and offers an interesting contrast with the tartness. The finish is tart, dry and with a slightly sticky spicy feeling that leaves the lips tingling and slightly burning.
Medium bodied and easy to drink. The spicy and acidic feel coats the mouth and leads to a smooth blend. The carbonation is moderate.
Very interesting sour style beer, tasty and refreshing. I loved the addition of the habanero peppers as they provided a nice kick without overpowering.
