Pours thick and tar black, minimal fizzy head. Super viscous. Aroma is boozy, loads of chocolate, touch of hazelnut, sweet vanilla, ample bourbon barrel. Very flavorful, lots of chocolate and vanilla, marshmallow adds a creamy sweetness. Bourbon barrel flavor is delicious - adds a layer of booze and melds the flavors together nicely. Light carbonation works well on this thick, chewy stout. Overall, it’s delicious!
