Pours a hazy NEIPA golden. Great head retention. There's a little bit of lime and honestly, the rest reminds me of an Indian dessert - ras malai - so creamines, cardamom, safron. It's very aromatic. Lots of citrus notes on this. Very much that mineral orange note with a touch of that Sabro coconut that everyone seems to hate. I find this beer to be fine if a little underwhelming for the exoting aroma that it provides. It doesn't have any burn, it is clean hop character and yeast expression, so how can you complain?

Another from my buddy’s Finback run 6/25/21.

Look: hazy pale golden straw.

Smell: mild dank, slight ripe fruit.

Taste: tart grapefruit, citrus.

Feel: Oh yeah, There’s that Finback silky
smooth mouthfeel.

Overall: Solid, if not outstanding, IPA.
Plenty of character to definitely
put this in your rotation!
