Impressive starting which is slow to recede. Many spots of lace almost makes this look like a blanket. Hazy gold color.

Mild mostly malty nose. Subtle bittering hop nose.

The malt base holds up throughout the tasting. The hop is mostly white pepper with a subtle earthy background. Good body with ample carbonation. Shorter aftertaste, surprisingly.

A: The beer is a little hazy pale yellow in color and has lots of fine particulates visible floating in suspension. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left a collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Hints of citrusy hops are present in the nose - lemon and lime stand out in particular - along with hints of floral hops.
T: The taste has flavors of floral and grassy hops along with hints of herbs and spices. There is a light- to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit "grainy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a rustic pilsner. While the aromas and flavors of hops aren't overdone, they lend complexity to the smell and taste and the suspended particles lend an added dimension to the mouthfeel.

Can date a bit smudged I think it's 2021/08/??
Pours a med fizzy frothy 1.5 finger head with med retention, a bit of lacing, mostly hazy with some suspended proteins golden honey color

Nose grainy sweet pilsner malt, straw, a little dough, malts are light in general, hops are there too but also a bit muted, citrusy, spicy, a little grassy, I wonder if this is older than it seems but pretty sure the year and month are clear

Taste starts with hops, fruity citrusy and a bit floral grassy, then getting spicy later, a bit of a noble hop herbal character, nothing specific for fruit, light grainy sweet cereal malt, pilsner malt, soft lager, med bitterness, dry crisp finish, higher-end crisp bitterness

Mouth is med bod, very soft lager, med-higher frothy carb

Overall not bad, lagered OK, but hops and malts both seem underwhelming
