2 months old. Can to snifter.
Look: Pours a hazy dark yellow. Long-lasting foamy head.
Smell: Subtle sweetness. Orange citrus fruits. Tropical notes. Hoppy.
Taste: Citrusy. Hints of tropical fruits. Hop-forward with a bit of sweetness and a gently bitter finish. Increasing hop burn as it warms.
Feel: Full and creamy with a tingly carbonation.
Overall: Very good DIPA displaying all of its qualities in an exemplary manner. A beautiful look and creamy but fresh mouthfeel stick out. Tastewise not too daring but still nice and fruity.
