4 months old. Can to tumbler.
Look: Pours a full hazy yellow with a large-pored head leaving no lacing. No floaters visible.
Smell: Sweet with hints of ripe tropical fruits. Mainly mango and pineapple.
Taste: Less sweet than the smell. Some tropical fruits, slightly citrusy. Herbal. Very zesty body with a long lasting bitter finish.
Feel: Full, almost thick. Medium carbonation and a huge hop burn.
Overall: Great brew that aged very well. Even though there are some sweet fruity notes in play here, this beer‘s quite edgy thanks to its sharp hop burn. All flavors are balanced in a nice way, but the the overall sharpness is a bit overpowering.
