Bottle from the brewery in Queens. Pours a mostly clear pale straw gold with a finger of bubbly white head that dissipates, minimal lacing, smell is fruity and tart white wine, musty apple skins, lemon zest, yuzu, funky grass, mild bitter herbs, taste is floral peach and white wine, gooseberry custard, rosewater cake, hints of brine, lemon/yuzu and sunscreen, feel is light, bright, mildly sweet. A bouquet of flowers, stone fruit, and citrus melted into wine, the taste of spring. Yam sauce.

Collaboration with Brasserie I’Apaisee. Listed as a mixed culture table beer. Pours straw yellow with small white head. Lots of carbonation. Tart floral nose. Very dry finish. An excellent beer.
