3 months old. Can to tumbler.
Look: Pours a hazy light yellow. Thin foam which lasts surprisingly long. No floaters.
Smell: Citrus fruits. Mainly grapefruit, a bit lemon. Hints of hoppy sweetness.
Taste: A mixed bag of fresh pineapple, grapefruit and lemon. Medium acidity, medium sweetness and a zesty bitter finish.
Feel: Not as smooth as its overall fruitiness might suggest. Rather sharp thanks to a high carbonation.
Overall: Quite edgy and demanding for a 6.5 ABV IPA. Still a nice brew. Would have benefitted from a little less carbonation and a creamier mouthfeel.
