A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high dense white head that has excellent retention properties and consistently left a half finger high head covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of earthy and spicy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has a light amount of bitterness associated with the hops.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a touch of dryness in the finish.
O: This beer is easy to drink and does a good job at showcasing the aromas and flavors of the Saaz hops.
