A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale dark whitish yellow in color. It poured with a finger high dense white head that died down a bit but never completely faded away and left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of cherry and raspberry candy are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of lime and stone fruit. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied, juicy and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The HBC 630 hops lend some unique aromas and flavors to the smell and taste of this beer.
