The pour that emptied a pint can into a clear glass liter mug wasn't pretty. An excess of puffy white foam disappeared quickly. There were solid floaters initially, which seem to have found the bottom of the glass. Its color is light orange-amber and it's hazy. The smell is faint and slightly fruity, peach-like. To taste, it's not sweet, but it's perfume-llke. Typical of lactose infused beers, this has a muddled character that only a sharp hop bite at the finish breaks through. The lack of lacing bears witness that its body is rather thin for a milkshake beer. A positive is the delivery of an 8% ABV that's barely noticeable. There's not an excess of fruit to taste. This is proof that not all experiments end well.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale yellow in color and has some hints of brownish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge and a small patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lactose and pineapple are present in the nose along with notes of coconut.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of honeydew melon and lime. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a nice mix of aromas and flavors and also drinks rather well considering its strength.
