Hazy, creamy, creamsicle juiciness. Delightful sipper. Although I questioned myself for leading off with such a big beer, I have no regrets for what I chose.

I prefer to start drinking DIPAs at 40°. Not the conventional wisdom, but fuller flavors are strong at this temp. Pineapple, stone fruit, and a bit earthy. I like the combo of So Simcoe and the N.Z. hops Rakau and Wai-iti.
