A: The beer is slightly hazy pale yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin collar around the edge and specks of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of white grape are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is mostly dominated by flavors of white grape. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The white grape really stands out in this Kölsch, which I presume to accentuated by the Blanc hops.
