Imperial stout with cacao nibs, Invisible Force Brazil Yuki Minami Coffee, walnut, hazelnut and caramel. Aged in bourbon barrels 2022.

16oz. capped bottle into a Side Project snifter. Shared with schen9303.
Pours pitch black. Dense, dark, and viscous. Spotty lace with oily legs. Nose is chocolate, caramel, molasses, fudge, and peanut. Almost like a Snickers bar. Super aromatic and hugely boozy. Beer opens chocolate, syrup, and molasses. Super sweet. Layers of caramel and brown sugar in the middle. More fudge, chocolate, and sweetened peanut butter towards the end. Barrel is apparent but it's already fading at this point. Messy, boozy finish. Body is full with low carbonation. Smooth and slick on the palate and boozy and heavy going down. Long, lingering aftertaste.
A touch on the sweet side though the flavors and barrel presence are spot on.
