Dry hopped with new American hops Alora ( 2023) and Exp 16660 (2024) from Hopsteiner.
Look: pale yellow with a
4F head.
Aroma: pine, sweet, citrus.
MF: medium light- lighter than most beers from Finback
Taste: sweet, pine, citrus.
Finish: moderately hoppy.
Overall: this is like older beers from Finback but better in some respects. The new American hops give the beer a sweeter more balanced quality. I’m not a fan of New Zealand hops. The IPAs that have come out in the last few years have been very unbalanced in flavor. The Hopsteiner hops offer a new dimension to IPAs.
