Finback Brewery - Glendale

Poured a cloudy, orange-gold body with frothy head that left lace down the glass. Aroma is a little funky and hard to pin down but has notes of flowers and weird fruit (I don't know how to qualify "weird fruit"). Smooth, fluffy body, dry beer, slightly bitter but has mostly a floral, hoppy taste along with some sweetness that is akin to pink grapefruit or papaya that works with a prickly and crisp finish.
