5 oz pour on tap at the Canandaigua location. Pours a medium brownish red color with a moderate head. Aroma and flavor feature toasted biscuit malt and citrusy hops. It's a well-balanced red ale, the kind of beer I don't drink often enough, but whenever I do, I realize I should be drinking this style more often.
