From a 330ml bottle.
L: Amber colour. Very light haze. Single stream of bubbles. Foamy, white head leaves some arches of lacing.
S: Resin and sweet malt. Fresh soil. Prominent nose.
T: Woody. Some alcohol. More than a hint of Speyside whisky.
F: Medium body. Light coating on tongue. Sweet and only slightly dry finish.
O: This DIPA in strength but it's not a west coast hop-bomb. It has a very solid malt base. It's made with simcoe, cascade & chinook hops but it reminds me of Innis & Gunn at times. Oak barrels? I like.
