Copenhagen 17/8 2019. 33 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgård (web-shop). Simple can design with the logo from the Brewery and what looks like the tiles in a Bathroom - all in green.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity sweet and fermented. Distinct citric notes. Peach and Mango with a hint of decay. Fairly strong presence of alcohol. Sharp Citrus and Grape fruit in the background.
Medium carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a strong, robust bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour, citric twist. Lingering. Faint alcoholic burn.
Solid, not too boozy DIPA with strong flavor and intensity.
