Pours a pale straw color with minimal head. Nose is biscuits and piney hops. Taste is biscuit, black pepper, and earthy hops with a malty finish. Medium carbonation and medium-light body.
The original recipe for this was an english pale ale, making it more malt forward. Under-hopped for a pale ale.

Pours an effervescent amber with 2+ fingersof ivory colored head. stellar head retention & lacing
S: Some breadyness & pineyness, very restrained
T: Bready, some sine, dryness & a little orange up front. Leafy & piney hops, plus dryness as this warms. Finishes piney, dry & slightly astringent
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation, decent balance
Was expecting way more from this, drinkable, but had much better potential

On tap at the Tulsa airport. Polished gold, a small head. Floral smell, grassy taste, just hoppy enough to have an edge, still goes down smooth. Medium carbonation, I like it a lot.

Pours to a creamy head and ample lacing. Orange copper, slight haze. Aroma is sweet, honey-like, toasty malt and soft earthy floral hops and bourbon barrell in the background. Flavor is malt centric with crisp, toasty biscuit malt and a soft alpha acid underlayment. MF is light. Very good APA for maltheads.
