Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Mostly clear, straw colored body. White head which fizzes away to a bubbly ring. No lacing.
Aroma of brine and fruit.
Taste is dominated by the pickle brine but there is also some berry fruit and a bit of salt. Aftertaste is short lived.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean and crisp with a drying finish. Good carbonation.
Good use of the pickle brine but must like dill pickles to enjoy.
