A Mexican-style Vienna, the Salida del Sol Amber was inspired by that moment when the harried bustle of the day melts into the relaxing stillness of a desert evening. In the mid 19th century, German brewers immigrating to Mexico brought along with them their time-honored recipes and techniques. By incorporating local ingredients, the traditional European flavors were transformed into something entirely new and wonderful. Salida del Sol follows in this grand tradition of smooth, spicy beers.

L:. Pours a dark copper orange with a small white head and thick lacing all around the glass.
S:. Some caramel, toasted bread and nuttiness, smells a bit light.
T:. Notes of caramel, toasted bread, earthy, nuttiness, the taste is there bit a little weak.
F:. Smooth carb, medium body.
O:. Drinkable bit wish the area and taste were a little stronger.

A decent Vienna Lager. Very crisp, maltly, and with some spice notes. A great color as well. I would say the flavor should be intensified a bit for this beer to be worth another purchase though.
