Heat Wave Hefeweizen uses a tried and true ratio of wheat and pilsner grains, noble hops, and German hefeweizen yeast to get the distinct snap of banana and clove that you would expect from a great brew of this style. Served young while yeast remains in suspension, this beer is cloudy, crisp, and satisfying.
