I can't add much to what's already been said as there are some very good reviews here already. This is one of the coolest brewery venues I've visited. Very industrial and clean. So much to look at. If you're not enamored with the facility you can look out the windows and see the entire Dayton skyline. Gorgeous place. The staff was friendly, not overly friendly, but friendly and helpful. I ordered a pizza and it was very good. I thought the beer was very good and under rated. A must visit when in the area, you'll be glad you did.

What an amazing location. An old factory warehouse on a quiet spacious side-street with a super cool beer-can bike-rack out front.

The vertical space in the building is something you don't get a lot in your normal bar or brewery, then there is the iconic crane in the middle of the ceiling above the fermenters that adds so much character to an already cool spot.

Moderately long bar, with a double walk up ordering station for those in the central seating area to come up and place their orders. This works as long as the place isn't booming, but I can see, as with a few other breweries I've been to, a lack of table service becoming a pet peeve on busy nights.

They have a little window operated separately for ordering food. You get a little buzzer and then go pick it up yourself when it goes off. The food hits the spot for when you're drinking the type of medium to moderately heavy brews they're producing. They offer a pretty wide selection of brews that seem to have a slightly unique take on old standbys.

To call Warped Wings location industrial, might be an understatement, and I mean that as a compliment. I love the usage of the old factory space, the overhead crane, the old offices, the i-beam, etc... it works.

The beer was tasty, the prices good, and it's a place I could have stayed much longer than I did.

This is in an old warehouse and is very comfortable and laid back. Playing giant Jenga was kool and could pass hours in this place. Nice in the summer when they open up the door so you can see downtown. Wish they had a larger selection of beer on tap.
recommend !

Visited the place this evening with friends to play cards and pass away a few hours. Got there as the place opened so got to watch it over a course of 2 hours.

Vibe: A nicely retrofitted iron/metal foundry. It keeps the industrial flavor of the original building while still being inviting to sit at the long tables and pass away the time. Seating at the long tables isn't cramped so plenty of room to spread out. Nice industrial vibe to whole place without being pretentious. From the tasting area you can see the whole brewhouse as well as the barrels with aging goodies and the stacks of aluminum cans waiting to be filled in the back.

Quality: I can only speak for the beer as the food available was only chips, although there was a phone number for one of the local pizza joints willing to deliver to the place written prominently among the beer selections. Typical of what you would expect for a brewery - good quality of craft ales and a few other minor drinks available for those coming along with friends who don't drink - some local coffees and soft drinks.

Service: You go up to the bar to order. That being said, I never had to wait long to get what I wanted and it was friendly enough. Nothing special.

Selection: 8 total beers on tap - the three mainstays and 5 rotating choices. Also the selection of some coffees and a few choice sodas as well. Reasonable for a start-up brewery.

Overall - a good place to hang out. Even when it started to get crowded about 1 hour after we got there, you could still hear each other without having to yell. I think I could easily go back again with the Mrs. or with friends again for another game of cards.

This is just a really cool brewery. Very old former foundry that became a nightclub and then finally turned into a great brew house and tasting room. From the 10 Ton overhead crane to the old door, the place is filled with great impressions. 100 barrel fermenters tower over the room with a great expanse for people to move about and enjoy. The building features tons of glass block walls to lighten it and open up the huge space. Towering stacks of custom kegs and empty cans (they have only recently begun canning....sadly it was not yet for sale) add color...yeah, the kegs are all trimmed in red with the cool logo emblazoned on them. And the tap handles are just the best looking around.
The Beers! I was there for the tapping of the Starter Saison IPA dry hopped with Armadillo. Delicious., and a bit more to my liking than the version on tap.
Ermal's is one of the best Cream Ales I have had...and I am not the biggest cream ale fan, but I got an extra one of these after flight testing.
Ten Ton Stout is superb. Jolly Tar is wonderful. IPA is solid. None of their beers will disappoint. Too bad Food has to come from a pizza place...
