Old Market location, in a repurposed space. Diagonal street parking. Exposed brick walls, wood plank floor, and high beamed ceiling with black painted duct work. Also a distillery, with visible equipment behind glass. L-shaped bar and low and high tables for seating. Eight taps for on site brewed beer plus several guest taps. Cooler has cans to go plus a wide selection of distilled spirit bottles. Experienced and cordial staff. No food but a good choice in the neighborhood for beer and spirits.

My wife and I visited this place while in Omaha on a short visit. It was busy, but we found a few stools at the bar. The server was prompt and friendly, I had a flight of four beers, followed by an Oktoberfest. The beers were fair, drinkable, and well-made, but not particularly remarkable. My wife had a mixed drink that elicited a similar response. Worth a visit, but not exceptional.

Cool old style decor with, I think, 10 table and about the same stools at the bar. Had a pint of the Coffee Vanilla Stout which hit the spot. I love the old brick buildings with open rafters and a well aged look turned into breweries.

I visited Brickway when I was in Omaha a few weeks back. When I visited, they had 7 beers on tap plus their seltzer; they are a distillery and so obviously have booze as well. Omaha Stylee IPA is decent and nicely fruity as billed. The Hefeweizen is — welp it's just straight up not good. Sorry. Tastes ... plasticy and really not anything like a German or even American wheat beer should taste like.
Loud brewery/bar setting, and there's barrels and equipment out for view. Couple of TVs; brick walls and wood floors. Pretty convivial! Overall seems like a fun place to hang out but the beer does not really recommend the place.

Decent sized taproom a half a block away from Upstream in The Old Market. Lots of wood decor. Tap list is pretty good. A few of their limited series beers that come in bombers were on tap. The beer is all pretty good. They have a small menu, but I did not have anything.

I have had Brickway beers before and have enjoyed them so decided to give the tap room a visit.
Located in the Old Market, as you enter the “L” shaped bar is directly ahead & to your right. There are tables to your left and some tanks are also on display.
The décor uses a lot of wood but the taproom is not dark due to nice large windows and good lighting. They have at least one TV and they use video boards to show menus, what’s on tap, their house whiskies, etc. They do sell swag.
Service was friendly but slow. They did give samples so kudos for that.
I thought the selection was solid. They had numerous house beers plus guest taps. I had an IPL, a revved up cream ale and a vanilla coffee stout. All were solid and worth repeating.
They have a limited menu and I didn’t really eat, so I will rate that when I return.

This place is a changer for me, sometimes they have a great selection of beers to offer, other times they are very limited. That being said, there are better breweries to go to while in Omaha.
Honestly, I'd rather drive 45 minutes to Lincoln to go to Boiler in a heartbeat!

this place is great! brewery and distillery right down town in the old part of town, very cool in here, sort of an old building turned modern in a way, very urban and young and hip in here, no food but awesome drinks with house distilled spirits, a long list of house brews, and an impressive guest draft lineup too. big space with a pretty old looking copper still in the middle, long angled bar, very neat space. bustling too! i had three beers here, a belgian dubbel, a pilsener, and a coffee vanilla cream stout, and all of them were very good, but i was actually most impressed with the pils, floral and earthy, very creamy and nice. the spirits were good too, they dont do food, but they have a whole bunch of food trucks that come around so its easy. what made this place for me though was the service, the bar staff and the brewers were all top notch, and they even invited us back for a little look around. so friendly and generous, really a great vibe they create in here. they can a few selections too, i think their staples, so look for those around, but definitely make a point to swing in here, one of the more happening little breweries i checked out in omaha. thanks for a great time in here guys!

Vibe - distillery and brewery?!? cool little place. very dark and bar like, but I enjoyed it. small patio as well.
Quality - while the options were limited, the quality was good.
Service - small behind the bar area and many servers, but not the fastest service.
Selection - while the number of beers available was limited they have many hard liquors to choose from. I went for beer, so that selection was lower.
Overall I would go back for sure. Cool vibe and shows some potential.

A great brewery alternative to Upstream in the old town. No food. But pretty good brews and they also make whiskey.
