Appearance - The beer was brownish black with mocha colored bubble topping the draft serving.
Smell - Dark malts and coffee came through in the aroma.
Taste - The flavor profile was very coffee forward. It had a slight bitterness as it lingered on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body was very smooth, with the carbonation helping to reinforce the idea.
Overall - This was a pretty spot on interpretation of the style with no frills to distract.
