16oz undated can.
Pours cloudy gold with an inch of white head. Moderate retention and lacing. Bubblegum, clove, citrus in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Honey-drizzled malt with spicy phenols on the palate. Finishes a bit sweet with lingering clove and honey.

Draft at the brewery
Small fizzy head, low retention, hazy med gold color
Nose floral flowery phenol spices, lemony citrus, coriander, hint if tartness, not much malt
Taste again starts floral and citrusy, rose water, hint coriander like spice, mild fruity esters mostly citrus and little bubblegum late, light doughy wheat
Mouth is med to lighter bod, touch creamy, med frothy carb
Overall eh, not a terrible beer but not quite what I expected for a Belgian wit

From a can, canned 8/23/17. The first striking feature is the smell; strong, and unusual to me, but not entirely unpleasant. The taste lingers upon the palate. More sour than expected but may be a byproduct of time passage from canning date.

Sample at the Granite State Brewers Festival.
Hazy straw color with a thin white head. Lightly spicy on the nose with bits of light cereal graininess in the flavor as well. Pretty good beer.
