My first sour, purchased in a growler at the brewery. Color is dark, brownish. Scent is very strongly of raspberries, which is very pleasant for me. Taste is also strongly raspberry, which is a flavor I enjoy greatly. There are subtle chocolate hints. The sour hits you at the end, but it feels appropriate following the raspberry flavors. Feels like the perfect amount of carbonation. All in all, I am very impressed and can see why sours have become a popular trend.
