Bottle from the source.
Brilliantly clear deep golden bordering on amber with a decent sized bubbly white head that persists. Brady toasty maltiness with bits of fruit and a little too much apple. Not horrible but needs a little cleaning up.

Stopped by brewery and found Kolsch on tap
They say its to stay and will see some cans in distribution in a month or two
had a 10 oz and the brewery but took home a 64 oz growler
Rating it from growler
Look: golden very clear and clean ale with nice head
smell: maltiness with slight hop nose
Taste: Nice crisp Kolsch with smooth maltiness and butter saaz like hop finish - well balanced
Feel - medium moth feel expected for abv and style
Overall - an very nice kolsch and very drinkable.
Nice to see a 5.5% abv on tap as they are know for their stronger ales
ranks up there with Von Trapp Kolsch from VT but I like this one alot
Thanks kelsen for a fine ale and brew talk
