On tap at the source in a plastic cup.
Dark brown with tawny edges and a thin off white head that slowly recedes. Rich toasty lightly fruity maltiness offset with some light floral hops. Clean well made brew.

Having a 16oz pour right now at Kelsen, for $6.00...
Pours a clear but very dark mahogany color, with a thin, creamy beige head, with decent lace. Has aromas of caramel, toffee and dark chocolate. The body is a touch less than medium, with some light prickle on the tongue.
The nose suggests a sweeter bier, but the flavor has a bit of bitterness present. Has light caramel, some brown bread action, a touch of toffee and choco, and an earthy, herbal finish. Not bad ... Prosit!!

16.9 oz bottle into a pint glass.
Pours a dark cherry cola color with a small khaki head. Leaves only a few spots of lacing before settling into a thin halo.
There's faint aromas of brown bread, fig, and dark roast malts.
The flavor brings notes of brown bread, raisin bran cereal, plum and brown sugar, with more subtle notes of caramel and baker's chocolate.
The feel is medium bodied with pretty good carbonation. Crisp and smooth.
Overall, a pretty good dark lager. Tons of dark fruit flavors with a solid malt character. Not much else to say about this one.
