Maibocks are traditionally brewed to signify the changing of seasons from winter to spring, and Verdant is our nod to this classic style.
This refreshing pint clocks in at 7% ABV with a deep golden amber in color, a slightly off-white head, and brilliant clarity from extended lagering. Its malty aroma is followed by notes of toasted bread, a creamy mouthfeel, and a crisp, slightly floral finish from the noble hops.
Come on in to give a try.

Stopped by Kelsen for a few pints with Alewife on 11JUN20 when this first came out. Returned again yesterday for more. Really enjoying this offering... A 16oz serving was $6.00.
It was a clear, rich, medium-golden color. Had steady carbo streaming up, with a creamy, off-white head. The foam lasted well and left great lacing in the glass. Aroma was bready and toasty, with hints of light green fruit. It was fairly smooth on the tongue, and the body was medium to medium-plus.
Taste was spot-on for the style, imo. Had more toasty, bready, lightly sweet malts, along with a bit of cookie dough. Then some subtle honey, green apple and pear before finishing with a smidge of Noble hop action. It's great to have a local brewer make a style that not many attempt, plus do it very well. Prosit!!
