Pours a dark golden/amber color with a thin smattering of white bubbles that dissipate quickly. Nose hold tart cherry and lemon with bits of white grape and hints of balsamic. Flavor hols a light acetic and lactic tartness with a mild tart berry note. Not horribly tart or funky, but pretty tasty!
