Excellent new-ish NSW brewing company started by two American dudes (I believe one is from TX and one from MD) who know a thing about good craft beer. Impressive little set-up that makes the place easy to visit. Oh yeah, the beers are quite good. Very glad I had an opportunity to sample a bunch of their stuff before I moved back to the States.
