Copper color and clear in complexion. There's a fingernail of beige resting on top and some really nice lacing on the glass. I'm smelling some sourdough, bready malt. I'm tasting sourdough bready malt with a bit of a moderately bitter grassy German hop flavor that really seems aggressive at the back of the palate. The mouth is dry and lightly sticky. There's a bit of alcohol warmth to the throat.
