At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From the Walker Rd. Real Canadian Superstore in nearby Windsor. Canned January 7/25. My 13th beer from the Cobden, Ontario brewery, and 6th for 2026. Intrinsically loved by Sundae the cat...

Canned about 6 months prior to drinking. Poured 1 finger of foam and keeps some lacing, nice solid golden beer color. Darker than a lot of lagers and not as blonde as i thought it was going to be but no matter. Malty beer aroma. Taste is pretty good. Mild tasting beer overall. A little sweetness. It's really easy to drink. Not too hoppy at all, just like the can says. There's a malty slightly bready and floral hint to the beer as well. I quite like this one and glad i picked it up.
I recommend it.

Very nice light golden beer. Clean on pallette...I prefer this one on tap, locally but will purchase cans

Look: Bright medium yellow. Medium carbonation. Pours with a finger of dense white head. After 5 minutes dissipates to a 1/4 finger light cover.
Smell: Sweet biscuits (like Arrowroot baby cookies) grain, and malt.
Taste: Follows the smell closely. Malty and sweet. Hints of toffee and butter. Ends with a little English Ale dark tea type bitterness.
Feel: A little creamy and moderately filling. Stimulates the front and sides of the tongue.
A nice summer beer. This beer would be the daughter of Great Lakes Pompass Ass getting together with Muskoka Cream Ale. This earns a solid B.

Carmel & maple flavour? I always seem to read the label incorrectly when I'm surprised by the first sip. I bought this beer because I've enjoyed other Blonde Ales but it wasn't as refreshing because of the taste. The phrase 'hint of adventure' is the only qualitative description found on the can besides 5% Alc and 22 IBUs so I was kind of disappointed that I picked this one up since it wasn't what was advertised.
However, I would recommend to anyone who is looking to try a sweeter beer. Its very light so it doesn't seam as thick of a beer while drinking or feel heavy in your stomach.
I'd be so curious to try this beer with the sweet element removed. If anyone sees something I missed, please let me know.
Otherwise, keep up the good job Whitewater Brewing Co. from Ottawa.

Whitewater Brewing Company’s Farmer’s Daughter Blonde Ale. 5 % alc and 22 IBUs.
Lots of carbonation when I popped the top. Thick bubbly white head that lingers for several minutes. The beer is honey golden, hazy, and there is some nice glass lacing.
Smell is sweet cereal grain and malt. This transfers to the taste.
A smooth carbonation mouthfeel. The beer itself is medium bodied.
Finish is crisp and dry.
This is a winner.
Grade: A.
Check it out.

This is not a great beer by any stretch of the imagination. Pours without any head, smell is almost nonexistent, taste is blah and forgettable and the feel is like drinking a macro.
While I try to support craft in my local area and province, it's poor efforts like this that make it hard to do so. This beer had been around for a while, and it seems they have made no efforts to improve.
